People Development and Learning Graduate Trainee (1July 2026 - 12 July 2027)

You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumer, customers, suppliers, and other partners.

As a People Development and Learning Graduate Trainee, you will:
* Support in the development and implementation of learning strategies, activation and ad-hoc programmes that are aligned with organization's objectives
* Monitor and evaluate post-learning feedback from employees for continuous improvement and propose improvements
* Design and manage the communication of learning programmes and drive employee participation for various programmes
* Manage the learning KPI dashboard on quarterly basis and support in learning reports and data for senior stakeholders
* Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and be responsible in timely and accurate update of learning records with the help of shared services
* Coordinate and communicate with external training vendors to deliver training programmes
* Manage PO for internal and external programmes, ensuring accurate and timely payment
* Support in activation and communication of performance management process and employee engagement surveys

You will need:
* Organized with attention to detail
* Self-motivated with good learning agility
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
* Advanced excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup) with data analytical mindset
