WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Support our Product Operations Recruitment Team throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)
* Own end-to-end recruitment of Working Students and Interns across different functions
* Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews
* Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Prior experience in a similar role at a fast-growing tech company or recruitment agency
* Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools (Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter would be a plus)
* You have high level of ownership and an analytical mindset
* You are proficient in English with structured communication skills
* You are available for a period of 6 months, full time
