Your tasks
Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship - As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.03.2026:

* Active support for program management in coordinating and managing cross-divisional digitization initiatives
* Collaboration in the preparation of management reports and status overviews
* Active participation in a division-wide transformation program
* Support in designing, managing and sustainably anchoring change processes in the organization
* Independent development and implementation of change formats
* Taking on own work packages as part of the conception, planning and implementation of differentiated specialist topics in business management
* Support for projects and top management initiatives and participation in their implementation
* Preparation of presentations, decision papers and briefings for management
* Creative design of communication materials in various formats
* Support for internal communication as part of transformation and project activities
* Preparation, follow-up and organizational support for meetings and events

Your profile
Are you studying economics, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* You have a high degree of independence and a sense of responsibility and it is easy for you to become creative
* You work in a solution-oriented and service-oriented manner
* A very structured, proactive and organized way of working
* First experience or profound understanding of project management methods
* Basic understanding of change management concepts
* Safe handling and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint for creating presentations
* Understanding of process analysis and optimization
* Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira or Confluence
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
