Job Description:

* Independent evaluation of service performance (logistics, customer service)
* Preparation of ad hoc analyses and reports
* Support for large projects and insights into project management
* Support for integration projects for new customers
* Support for collaboration with existing service customers
* Collaboration with other partner management teams, such as sales and account management

Qualifications:

* Enrolled student in business administration, economics or similar
* Very good English skills
* High affinity for numbers and willingness to learn
* Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
* Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working
* Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
