We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our Project Management team at the Berlin location. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Management team with operational and administrative daily tasks
* Compile and file various documents
* Assist with project management activities
* Maintain project plannings
* Supplement and revise documents and presentations
* Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
* Support event organization, e.g., customer visits
* Maintain and analyze data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP (desirable), and MS Project (desirable)

Your Profile:
* Studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
* "Digital native" - proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Excel (including PivotTables), Smartsheet, Power BI
* Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
* Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams, willing to learn
* Last but not least: very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
