What you´ll do

* Provide first-level end-user support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools
* Install, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, and related IT equipment
* Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records, including hardware and network assets
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, ensuring high service quality
* Support Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook (O365), Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and video conferencing systems (MTR)
* Perform basic LAN troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required
* Maintain and update network documentation, inventory, and diagrams
* Create and maintain clear user manuals, guides, and technical documentation
* Support system engineering activities related to network and data center operations

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including O365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
* Basic understanding of networking concepts
* Digitalization-driven mindset with an interest in modern IT solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
