Your mission

GDPR :
* Suivi et implémentation des pratiques liées à la protection des données à caractère privé
* Répondre aux questions des différents départements concernant le traitement des données personnelles

HR :
* Conseil juridique sur les procédures du département.

Finance :
* Assistance et conseil juridique concernant les contrats commerciaux mis en place par l'entreprise
* Revue des contrats importants avec les fournisseurs, au regard des conditions générales d'achats
* Gestion active et archivage des contrats

Qualité/Réglementaire/Vigilance/ Information Médicale :
* Conseil juridique sur les contrats relatifs aux relations avec les HCPs / HCOs pour la Franchise Dermo-cosmétique

Who you are ?

* Vous êtes en master de droit ou avez obtenu votre diplôme.
* Vous avez une très bonne maitrise des dispositions du règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD)
* Vous avez également des connaissances en droit des contrats, droit social et droit des sociétés.
* Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, rigoureux(se) et vous avez la culture du résultat.
* Vous parlez et écrivez français et anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout.
