We're looking someone like that to help us with the following:

* conduct potential analyses and risk mapping for prospects and clients
* escalate compliance cases and seek appropriate guidance in sensitive situations
* develop and monitor area metrics, supporting the manager in tracking team performance (pipeline, targets, conversions, activities, etc.)
* manage referrals received and directed to the Investment Banking team
* track and update the internal flow of relationship referrals
* control internal deadlines and support the preparation of the team's meeting agendas
* contribute to the development of monitoring methods and optimization of the bank's digital lead base

Your team

You will be working within the UBS Wealth Management Relationship Manager team based in São Paulo, Brazil. The team is responsible for actively supporting prospecting and client acquisition efforts by identifying high potential prospects, defining strategic entry points, and coordinating the approach to new client relationships.

Your expertise

* students of Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics with graduation date of December 2026 or after
* solid skills with Excel
* advanced English desirable (verbal & written)
* good communication & problem-solving skills
* strong analytical and organizational skills
* positive attitude and detail-oriented
