Monitoring Specialist

Responsibilities

* Perform online monitoring and basic troubleshooting of critical applications on a 24x7 basis

* SAP Systems availability and performance (ERP, CRM, APO, Portals)

* Business Transactions availability and performance

* Windows Servers availability and performance

* Resolve issues with the interfaces between different SAP and non-SAP systems

* Complete daily checks on critical system parameters based on pre-defined criteria

* Execute repetitive tasks based on standard procedures

* Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution to users through the Service Desk ticketing system, e-mail and/or by phone

* Work on shifts

Required skills and Experience:

* Third/last year student or recent graduate in the fields of Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or Management

* Experience in IT support role would be considered an advantage

* Ability to multitask

* Proficient in English

* Excellent communicator

* Customer-service oriented

* Active and participative team player
