* Support CCD activities related to GEO FOCUS execution, including production of new KV and communication materials to ensure on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF)
* Coordinate with the agency on in-store visibility reports and monitor installation progress.
* Assist the CCD Team in monitoring and tracking POSM at trade locations to ensure seamless execution and timely payment.
* Review and verify retailers' store agreements for trade programs submitted by distributors.
* Maintain accurate and organized filing by trade, ensuring scanned documents and master lists are correct. Validation
* Assist the CCD team in processing incentive or reward payments in alignment with TTM SOP
* Validate that distributors' sample invoices align with the corresponding sell-out reports.
* Support the Sales Admin team with document preparation and filing for audit requirements.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned.
* University degree of Business Administration, Finance, Accountant, Management, Economic
* Fresh graduated students are encouraged to apply
* Knowledge of Microsoft Offices (World, Excel and power point)
* Require a high degree of independence and pro-activeness
* High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles.
* Able to communicate and write in English.
