Additional Skills & Experiences you will Gain: Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
