The Client Coordinator Intern supports the Relationship Management team in the strategic preparation and delivery of Annual General Meetings (AGMs). This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality service standards, ensuring a frictionless experience for clients during both live and digital events, while serving as a key brand ambassador for TSX Trust.
This role reports to: Senior Manager, Associate and Client Support Management
This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON.
Key Accountabilities:
* Preparing meeting packages required by Relationship Managers for shareholder meetings
* Coordinate and prepare equipment in advance for AGMs
* Attending in-person AGMs, setting up laptops and registering attendees
* Acting as liaison for internal and external stakeholders in preparation for AGMs
* Compiling data from AGMs and producing a report summarizing vote results and attendance to the client
* Take part in TSX Trust's virtual meeting team, acting as an operator to deliver a seamless client experience on internal application
* Create and coordinate the execution of client contracts for TSX Trust's meeting application
* Compiling key deliverables required for the utilization of meeting application
* Coordinate and conduct client demonstrations, rehearsals for the virtual meeting platform
* Participate in projects and initiatives to drive process and application improvements
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Must Have(s):
* Currently working towards an undergraduate degree in business administration
* Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite products
* Strong professional verbal, written and interpersonal skills
* Client Relations: Expert at identifying client needs and delivering professional, high-touch service.
* Technical Proficiency: Fast learner with a track record of adapting to new technologies.
* Strategic Execution: Highly organized with a focus on detail-oriented problem-solving.
* Team Synergy: Balances self-directed initiative with a collaborative team mindset.
* Professionalism: Polished communicator dedicated to reinforcing positive brand relationships.
Nice to Have(s):
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
* Experience with data management systems
Note:
* 4 month Co-op / Internship: May 4, 2026 - August 28, 2026
* In order to be considered for the position, you are required to submit your Knockri Assessment
Salary Range: 20/hour-25/hour CAD
