Job Description：
1. Supplier data management: supplier information maintenance in OSCAR.
2. SAP maintenance: new IR/SL/Quota (SMOI) creation; LT/MOQ/Duties and Internal supplier price update; Standard/Subcontracting/Consignment creation and maintenance; coordinate work with Stakeholders.
3. Order processing support: assist with Ariba account application; order approval workflows update.
4. Support to Sourcing & Project Managers: basic Windchill tasks (CDP download, ECN upload, DT creation for new supplier, etc.); Monthly reports update.
5. Admin support: process PR/PO based on operational needs; assist with travel arrangement; departmental events support; expense reimbursement, etc.

You're the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
1. Majored in Supply chain related areas.
2. Fluent in English and mandarin .
3. Currently students in master and bachelor degree.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
