热情欢迎宾客，开启令人难忘的宾客体验 接受和管理宾客预订、推荐增值销售机会，并向宾客告知提升住宿体验的方式 处理现金和信用卡交易 先行一步, 用心服务--记录宾客的喜好并据此提供服务，处理他们的信息、请求、问题和疑虑 随时保持行政楼层工作区域的整洁和有序，并以此作为自己的个人兴趣和骄傲 负责所有与行政楼层相关的活动，如为行政楼层客人提供快速C/I、C/O、餐饮、会议、商务等及时和专业的各项服务 成为所有宾客可以信赖的求助对象，就各种问题为宾客提供帮助，例如账单问题、本地信息等，并在必要时参与管理 对每天安排的计划和活动了熟于心 及时、准确地向厨房提前报备用餐人数，避免食品、酒水的浪费，协助主管做好食品、酒水成本控制 在同事需要帮助时，能立即承担其它临时职责

性格开朗积极，有对客服务意识 弹性排班--这份工作需要在周末和节假日轮班工作
