Product Operations Intern (Product Localization)

1. Assist the Localization Project Manager (LPM) in establishing localization processes and managing daily multilingual translation projects. 2. Assist the LPM in cross-departmental communication, coordinating with product development, design, and operations teams to fully communicate/share localization project requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality. 3. Assist the LPM in evaluating App language quality and tracking the resolution of LQA (Localization Quality Assurance) bugs. 4. Help language experts understand product knowledge and jointly manage language assets, including TM (Translation Memory), TB (Term Base), style guides, etc. 5. Summarize and document project experiences, and archive completed projects

Profil requis du candidat:

1. Major in localization, English translation, or related fields; English can be used as a working language. 2. Basic knowledge of CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools; prior experience with CAT tools is preferred. 3. Able to work 4-5 days per week and commit to an internship of 3 months or longer. 4. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, able to work under high pressure, and ensure timely project delivery. 5. Passionate about language, paying close attention to every sentence delivered to ensure accurate meaning, grammar, logic, and terminology. 6. Proactive, able to quickly learn and master new knowledge. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, service-oriented mindset, and team collaboration spirit
