Description du poste:

Internship Overview

* This is an internship with a 6-month program

* Availability of at least 3 working days per week

* Commencement in January 2026

Purpose

* Support the creation and standardization of compliance and testing processes/procedures

* Automate selected management processes to improve efficiency

Key Responsibilities

* Organize and structure product testing documentation

* Develop and standardize management processes

* Create training demos for specific topics

* Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for upskilling summits and training sessions

* Streamline compliance management workflows

* Contribute to the development of guidelines for post-audit activities

* Conduct detailed process mapping for compliance and chemical management

* Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

* Collaborate with technical teams to automate selected processes

* Sourcing Quality Director

* Sourcing Operations

* China QC Team

* Advanced Creation Testing Team

Requirements

* Undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Administration or a technology-related field

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus

* High attention to detail and patience

* Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills

* Effective communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken)

* Availability of at least 3 working days per week, with a commitment of 6 months
