Job Title: Account Management Intern
Location: Shanghai, China
Duration: 2 months
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Account Management team in day-to-day operations and client interactions.
* Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
* Help coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous internship or work experience in account management or customer service is a plus.
