Requirements

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team in various people-related initiatives, including onboarding coordination, data management, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in new joiner preparation from pre-onboarding to onboarding processes
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and verification of employee information
* Support employee engagement initiatives, including promotion material design and internal communications
* Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Who We're Looking For
* Undergraduate students in their final or penultimate year
* Preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or other Business-related disciplines
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a strong interest in people-related matters
* Immediate availability is highly preferred
* Able to commit at least 2-3 full working days per week
