Development Content Traffic Intern

As a Development Content Traffic Intern your goal will be to learn about and contribute to creating engaging content for social networks and other channels. You will work to increase traffic in line with our existing publications, which include ShiftMag, the (COMPANY NAME) Engineering blog, and Netokracija in both Croatia and Serbia. Your responsibilities will extend to analyzing traffic patterns and optimizing the content creation process to maximize reach and impact. You will create content in both Croatian and English, ensuring it resonates with our diverse audience.

What will you do?
* Brainstorming, creating, and publishing content across various social media channels in English and Croatian.
* Developing and maintaining content schedules to ensure timely posting on various social media platforms.
* Enhancing content quality, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing responses to posted content.
* Collaborating on strategic social media and community initiatives to expand reach, boost brand visibility, and enhance traffic.
* Creating visual assets, including photography, graphic design, and video content.

More about you:
* You are currently pursuing a master's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Croatian.
* You have a creative mindset and excel at generating innovative ideas for digital content.
* You are familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, especially social media.
* You have a basic understanding of market research techniques and can apply these to enhance content strategies.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
* You are passionate about technology.
* You are available to start work on July 8th, 2024.
* You hold valid student rights from "Studentski Centar" throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
