A Day in the Life

As an Intern, you will support the sales and commercial teams across Central Africa region. The main focus is ensuring that products are delivered where they are needed, on time, and in the right quantities. This role helps improve behind-the-scenes operations, making processes smoother and supporting business growth in the region.

This is a great opportunity to learn how a large global healthcare company operates. You'll work closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and get to see how different parts of the business connect and collaborate.

Internship details:
* Start date: March 2026
* Location: Zagreb, Croatia
* Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
* Working hours: between 30 - 40 hours per week
* Work model: hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Support the Marketing team in the allocation process for products with supply constraints
* Act as a central point of contact for allocation inquiries, tender tracking, and weekly updates, while fostering collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain and other teams
* Assist in ensuring efficient product allocation, prioritizing business-critical orders, and aligning priorities across cross-functional teams to enable timely delivery and drive revenue growth

Required knowledge and Skills:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree
* Strong command of English, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort in working with data
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Would be a plus:
* Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, and PowerPoint
* Background in supply chain or customer care

Pay range: 1,327.23 EUR gross per month
