The Student Assistant Digital Transformation in Global Operations Digital Excellence is responsible for supporting communication activities related to digital transformation initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing. The role focuses on ensuring that information about digital initiatives is clear, engaging, and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders across the organization.
Radiometer is embarking on a strategic initiative to digitalize our supply chain and manufacturing operations in the coming years. We are building a digital platform to address specific use cases on the production floor and within the supply chain. To support this digitalization journey, the Student Assistant will contribute to the planning, creation, and coordination of internal communication related to these initiatives, helping translate complex digital and operational topics into clear and relevant messages for diverse internal audiences, including stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, and global functions, while supporting change communication and maintaining communication channels and platforms.
This position is part of the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) program, located in Brønshøj and requires on-site work. You'll report to the Director IT Operation Digitalization, who is responsible for the IT/OT part of the GODE program.
If you're a proactive and communication-driven student with an interest in digital transformation, change communication, and engaging internal audiences, who wants to be part of shaping our future digitalization journey for supply chain and manufacturing, we encourage you to read on. Your are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (at least 1.5 years completed) or a Master's degree, preferably in Communication, Media, Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field. The job is offered as an on-site position. An individual agreement can be made with the local manager for limited hybrid work.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Support the development and execution of internal communication plans, defining audiences, messages, channels, and timing
* Support change management communication initiatives, translating complex topics into clear and accessible messages
* Create, edit, and manage content for internal digital channels, including news, posts, presentations, and campaigns
* Contribute to visually appealing and engaging communication, ensuring clarity and alignment with the visual identity
* Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication
* Support and continuously improve internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint and Viva Engage
The essential requirements of the job include:
* A strong interest in communication, branding, and digital content
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* A hands-on mentality - we are looking for do-ers who take initiative and turn ideas into action
* A structured, detail-oriented way of working, with the ability to work independently and proactively
* Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and contributing ideas
* Basic experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
It would be an advantage if you:
* Basic experience with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or similar)
* Have an interest in visual identity, brand consistency, and storytelling
