Would you like to contribute to the marketing team in one of the world's leading energy companies? We are also a world leader in lubrication technology, and we are now looking for a student assistant to our marketing team, supporting our activities in the lubrication business.
Joining our Nordic organization, you will get the chance to work in an international environment and gain insights into marketing processes, commercial activities, and cross-market collaboration.

Activities

Welcome to Marketing
As a Student Assistant in our Marketing team, you will play an important role in supporting our daily operations and development projects. Your tasks will vary-from campaign support and coordinating materials to data handling. You will be working with creative tasks, for example on our website or graphical design projects (following our brand and communication guidelines), while there will also be administrative tasks in SAP.
Some assignments will be recurring, so your ability to work accurately, efficiently, and in a structured manner is essential.
You will report to the Marketing Team Lead and be part of small, but efficient marketing team.

Candidate Profile

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate is currently pursuing a higher education with focus on marketing/communication and with minimum 1 year of studies left. Maybe you are studying Multimediadesign at Erhversakademi København or similar?
You have experience working with web design and graphical design (Adobe) and look forward to helping with our website, social media, print and digital ads.
You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential due to frequent interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

* You are organized and have a good overview. You know how to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* You can handle both creative tasks and administrative tasks
* You are detail-oriented. You have an eye for details and can follow extensive brand guidelines.
* You have a practical approach to problem solving

* You are inquisitive, good at communicating with people, and can contribute to a professional yet relaxed working environment.

Your background

* Currently pursuing a degree in marketing/communication/multimedia design with a minimum of 1 year of studies left
* Experienced in working with web design, Indesign and Photoshop
* Knowledge of Power Point, and Canva would be an advantage
* Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and fluent English is required
