Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a Junior MERN/Full-Stack Developer who is eager to grow and learn in a dynamic team. Required technical and professional expertise

* Work alongside development teams and product managers to brainstorm software solutions.
* Develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React while receiving mentorship and guidance.
* Assist in developing new applications or adding functionalities to existing ones.
* Support migration efforts to upgrade applications to the latest technology versions.
* Participate in discussions on building efficient, scalable, and high-performing systems.
* Adhere to best development practices, ensuring clean and maintainable code.
* Work with senior developers to understand and troubleshoot Level 3 production incidents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and system administrators, to address technical challenges and ensure smooth software performance.
