IT Intern

Description du poste:

We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Intern to join our team and support daily IT operations within a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level support for end-user issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

* Support on-site installations, configurations, and setup of IT devices and equipment.

* Assist in IT asset tracking, tagging, inventory management, and documentation.

* Support preventive maintenance activities for PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

* Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.

* Follow IT policies, procedures, and escalation processes to maintain service quality standards.

* Support troubleshooting activities related to networking, printers, mobile devices, and end-user systems.

* Contribute to improving responsiveness, planning, and overall IT support quality across sites.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including networking, hardware, and operating systems.

* Familiarity with Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications.

* Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT operations environment.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good command of the English language.
