At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city's newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized student to join our Food & Beverage Administrative Internship Program.
If you are passionate about hospitality operations, coordination, and supporting teams behind the scenes, this opportunity will allow you to develop your administrative and analytical skills in a dynamic luxury environment.
The F&B Administrative Trainee plays a key role in supporting the operational and organizational backbone of our F&B department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless coordination across all outlets.

What You'll Do

As an F&B Administrative Trainee, you will:
* Support the daily administrative operations of the F&B department
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking performance metrics (sales, costs, inventory)
* Help coordinate staff schedules, attendance records, and internal communication
* Prepare and maintain menus, SOP documents, and operational checklists
* Support inventory control, supplier coordination, and purchase orders
* Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal reports
* Collaborate with outlet managers and the finance team to ensure accurate documentation and cost control
* Monitor quality standards and support compliance with Hyatt procedures
* Gain exposure to F&B strategy, budgeting, and operational planning

Who You Are

We'd love to meet you if you are:
* A current university or hospitality/business school student
* Interested in F&B operations, administration, or hotel management
* Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English
* Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
* Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
* Skilled in Excel or data management tools (a plus)
* Available for a 6-month full-time internship
* Able to sign an internship agreement with your school
* Legally authorized to work in Spain or eligible for an EU internship program
