Distribution Planner Internship

Position

Our Supply Chain department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

Your role will be:
* Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Merchandising and Logistics Team to ensure timely collection launches in stores and monitor product availability at central and market levels.
* Support in daily distribution of seasonal and carry-over products
* Elaborate ad-hoc reports for Distribution Planning Department
* Update follow up of deliveries and any other additional information requested by any other stakeholder (visibility of distributions at market level, on time %, risks)
* Provide central and regional counterparts with visibility into product availabilities, incoming shipments, and future allocations

Profile

Internships at LOEWE:
* You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
* If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
* Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
* You'll receive study support per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy

About you:
* Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Engineering or Business Administration
* Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
* High level of both Spanish and English is mandatory. Any other language will be considered as plus
* Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs. Excel is mandatory for this internship role. Power BI will be a plus
* Effective in working in team across greography
