UNIVERSAL PICTURES INTERNATIONAL SPAIN is part of the globally operating Universal Pictures International group. Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
* Coordination of creative assets and promotional messaging guidelines with external partners.
* Facilitate clear and timely information flow across partner relationships.
* Responsible of briefing and following up with the promotional agencies for promotional items related to each film. Ensuring the cost/quality/timings adhere to company and compliance standards.
* Coordination of slate presentations to potential partners and Trade partners/Exhibitors.
* Responsible for overseeing administrative tasks within the promotions area, including handling legal matters and managing the creation and processing of purchase orders.
* Deliver screening programmes integral to the promotional strategy of specific titles, working cross-functionally with Sales and Technical/Dubbing teams to support effective execution.
* Responsible for managing and maintaining the Promotions Database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of third-party and potential partner data, with a focus on thorough and detailed tracking.
* Oversee the assessment and estimation of media value across cross-promotion initiatives.
* Develop presentations to support partner pitches and report on promotional performance.
* To collaborate closely with the Promotions Coordinator to create regular briefings for promotional agencies, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring sustained engagement in promotional activities.
* Follow up promotional deals to ensure that the partner/ exhibitor/media keep their commitments.
* Prepare Promotion Overview Forms and Promotion Approval Forms.
* Together with the Promotions Coordinator, follow up with other company divisions to create synergies and coordinate promotional activities.
* Coordination of meeting agendas
* Forecast and delivery of Merchandising and prizes (tickets, previews, gadgets, etc) plus shipment coordination.
Qualifications:
*University studies must have been completed less than 3 years ago
*University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism
*Fluent in Spanish & English
*Good track record as a team player
*Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment
*Willingness to work flexible hours with tight deadlines
*Willingness to learn and can-do attitude
*Ability to self-motivate and a drive to deliver
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to analyse and present financial data
*Keen interest in film & the entertainment industry
