Intern - Data and AI

Purpose

Support the Data and AI team in executing strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across global functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analytics, AI projects, and strategic planning within a complex pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Project Support: Assist in the execution of Data and AI projects by conducting research, gathering requirements, and preparing documentation
* Data Analysis: Support data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts to inform strategic decisions and business insights
* Documentation: Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports for leadership review
* Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and track project milestones
* Research: Research emerging technology trends, AI tools, and industry best practices to support strategic planning
* Administrative Support: Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and team meeting preparation

Education and Skills

Required:
* Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
* Basic knowledge of data analytics and AI concepts
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Strong communication skills in English
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred:
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or programming languages (Python, R)
* Interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* Previous internship experience in data or technology roles
