Job Description:

Mission: Rotate through our Operations department by contributing to our two areas: Design and Construction and Operation and Maintenance. The intern will be involved both in tasks related to new projects, as well as, providing technical support to existing projects under construction or operation. Senior members of the technical team will provide training and guidance, and will guide the intern through different aspects of the technical work needed in the PPP sector.

Main duties:
* Analysis of the documents presented to the Company for the preparation of bids (part of cost analysis, and operation and maintenance strategies).
* Help in the preparation of the technical documentation required for the presentation of proposals, and for the analysis of the opportunities studied. Technical assistance to concessions:
* Support in the preparation of projects to improve maintenance operations
* Streamlining of practices among all the Cintra concessions in operation.
* Comparison and analysis between the expected and budgeted costs. Preparation of future forecasts.

Required skills:
* Final year student of Civil Engineering / Master in Civil Engineering
* Experience with Excel, Microstation and/or ArcGIS, TransCAD
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Superior writing and verbal communication skills
* Advanced level of the English Language
