Internship: Railway traction systems

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities
👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:
* Drivetrain simulations
* Simulation report generation
* Generation of inputs for component sizing
* Development of MATLAB scripts for simulation automation and variable post-processing
* Historical price trends by vehicle type according to tenders in Spain and Europe
* Mapping of operators and existing fleets in Spain to identify potential opportunities for ABB's portfolio
* Well-to-wheel analysis of drivetrains currently on the market based on their energy source (electricity, diesel, batteries, hydrogen), considering efficiency and emissions aspects

📚Qualifications for the Role
* Education: Degree student in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or similar
* Languages: English level B2
* Additional knowledge: Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, and MATLAB.
