Role description:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Commercial Enabling Intern to join our Commercial Enablement Team in Madrid for a 6-month placement from June to December. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with international and multicultural teams, contributing to the effective delivery of commercial operations by supporting project tracking, reporting, and documentation. You will also assist in preparing presentations and commercial proposals, support data analysis for strategic decision-making, help maintain and improve digital tools and databases, and work with cross-functional teams on process improvements and commercial initiatives.
As an intern, you will:
* Assist with project tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate information is available for the team.
* Help prepare presentations and commercial proposals, ensuring content is clear, professional, and on-brand.
* Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Maintain and enhance digital tools and databases to improve team efficiency and data reliability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process enhancements and contribute to the success of commercial initiatives.

What we're looking for
* You will either be pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture (Arquitectura Técnica), Civil Engineering or similar.
* Be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); experience with digital tools is required.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Show strong analytical skills and Attention to detail as well as proven organisation and time management capabilities.
* Be proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
