Logistics & Operations Internship

Description du poste:

* Assist with order entry, ensuring accuracy and handling special instructions like special handling and delivery note creation.
* Assist with coordination of inbound transportation by tracking shipments and supporting documentation.
* Support the outbound process, including coordinating the order cycle and deliveries from the warehouse to customers.
* Help execute order cycles, campaigns, and seasonal logistics aligned with the commercial calendar.
* Support with Customer Service & Order Management activities to fulfil wholesale customer requests promptly and accurately.
* Active participation in the documentation process (pictures + descriptions) of pure players customers.
* Assist in return order processing, including tracking, handling claims, and managing invoices.
* Support with B2B platform, assisting users and addressing inquiries.
* Maintain and update customer data across ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
