A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* People with Type 1 Diabetes F2F Event support for planned events in 2026: DIB Congresses events, Product Launch June event, Junior Cup, MiniMed Community Day:
* Communication with internal and external event participants (PWD and Patient Associations): Invitations send out, answers management, details collection, and tracking;
* Logistics coordination support in between travel agency, participants and event leader
* Participants surveys send out and answers analysis;
* Participations agreements process including agreement review, send out, tracking, collection of consents signatures, compliance/legal reviews;
* During events and 3 weeks post event: Social media listening from events participants impact, and helping in creating impact report
* Event execution: support the team in event execution and on-site event set up
* Influencer Marketing: support in reporting, social listening to look for new profiles and influencer's content approval
* Marketing Sponsorships: admin process support, i.e.
Support in submitting sponsorships/partnerships/charitable donations/one-time services agreements requests for internal review and approval (Expected volume: In between 40 to 50 agreements per year)
* MiniMed Transition workload:
Exportation of current "Medtronic" ~180 patient agreements from Onit
Creation of ~180 PAN Patient Addendums allowing PAN transfers to MiniMed entity;
Exportation of current "Medtronic" alliances agreements from Onit (Sponsorships, Partnerships, Charitable Donations);
Help in re-branding PAN assets from Medtronic to MiniMed
* PAN (patient) Community program:
RS inbox & communtity monitoring and management, including coms send out,
Setting up virtual meetings, including participation management from invitation to tracking and survey follow up,
Surveys send out, answers tracking
(once full FTE, full operations of PAN ownership)

* Want to learn about contracts and compliance and how partnerships are managed in a global healthcare company.
* Feel comfortable with digital tools like Excel, Teams, and social media-and are eager to learn more.
* Love teamwork and enjoy supporting different projects where collaboration is key.
* Have a sense of self-responsibility and would like to have a meaningful career in a business that changes people's lives
Education: Public relations, communication, marketing.
Skills: Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1 level).
Personal Attributes: Team player, proactive, eager to learn.
Internship Details:
- Internship agreement.
- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6months)
- Full time
- Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week
- Study aid of EUR1000 gross/month + Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
