Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to growth as trade marketeer.
We are looking for a motivated and creative Global Marketing Trainee to join the Advance brand team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in shaping the future of a premium pet nutrition brand - from innovation pipeline management to packaging design and the development of communication materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, gaining hands-on experience across the full brand marketing mix.

What you will do

Innovation & Product Development
* Support the end-to-end innovation process..
* Track and manage innovation project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
Packaging
* Assist in the development and adaptation of packaging designs for new and existing products.
* Coordinate briefings to design agencies and manage feedback and approval rounds.
* Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all packaging materials.
* Support the management of packaging artwork files and version control.
Communication Materials
* Support the creation and adaptation of communication global materials.
* Brief and coordinate with creative agencies on campaign assets and toolkits.
* Assist in the management and organisation of the brand's content and asset library.
