This is a unique opportunity to complete a 12-month culinary internship at one of Miami Beach's most iconic oceanfront resorts, a globally recognised property known for its scale, multiple dining outlets, and high-profile hospitality operations.
Set across a large beachfront estate with over 1,500 rooms, award-winning restaurants, and major event spaces, this internship offers exposure to both high-volume production and premium culinary standards.

🔪 Culinary Training Program

You will rotate through key kitchen departments, including:
* Restaurant Kitchen (à la carte service)
* Garde Manger
* Pastry
* Banquets & Events
This structured program is designed to build your technical skills, speed, organisation, and confidence in a professional U.S. kitchen environment.
