At Publicis Health, Data & Analytics is the foundation behind smarter, more effective healthcare marketing. Our team turns complex data into insights that guide strategy, creative, and business decisions. As a Data & Analytics Intern, you'll work on real client challenges - helping build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that bring data to life. This is a more specialized internship designed for students with a strong interest and some hands-on experience in data strategy, data visualization, and data science. You'll work with large datasets, collaborate across teams, and help transform numbers into stories that drive impact. Responsibilities What You'll Learn: How data supports marketing strategy and creative decision-making How to build and maintain dashboards and analytics deliverables How to work with data from multiple sources and integrate it effectively How predictive analytics and automation are applied in real-world client work How analytics teams partner with strategy, UX, account, and media teams As a part of the larger Publicis Health intern program, you'll be able to participate in all of the learning and development opportunities provided to our interns. What You'll Work On: Supporting the analytics team across the full delivery cycle of ongoing projects Assisting with integrated marketing dashboards, reports, and performance tracking Handling, cleaning, and integrating data from a variety of sources Using SQL to store, query, and analyze data for client needs Contributing to ad-hoc analytics projects, including predictive modeling Gaining exposure to tools and languages like Tableau, R, and Python Qualifications What Makes You a Great Fit: You're comfortable working with data - and excited to find meaning in it You enjoy both technical problem-solving and explaining insights clearly You're curious about how data influences business and marketing decisions You like collaborating with people from different disciplines You're motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your analytics skillset What You'll Bring: You're a rising junior or senior enrolled full-time at an accredited 4-year college or university You're pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Economics, or a related field You're interested in (or have experience with) relational databases and SQL You have exposure to data visualization tools (like Tableau) and/or programming languages (R, Python, or similar) You're curious about predictive analytics and machine learning concepts You're legally authorized to work in the U.S. You're able to commute to the office location listed in the internship posting If you're excited to work at the intersection of data, strategy, and creativity - and want a hands-on analytics experience in healthcare marketing - this internship offers a unique opportunity to stand out. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
