Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Learn the simulation environment used for physics-based modeling of semiconductor power MOSFETs
* Implement process flows in the simulation tool and perform device simulations and benchmark against measurement data
* Proficient in writing technical reports
* Excited about presenting and summarizing results and conclusions
* Learn and implement statistical principles of design of experiments (DOE) and regression modeling

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program E.E. with understanding of basic semiconductor physics and power electronics
* Enjoy working on highly-skilled team
* Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
* The ability to work 40 hours per week, for a time period of 3 months

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $35.50 per hour
Maximum of $42.00 per hour

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
