The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization. Role Introduction: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Operations Intern to join our Creative Operations Advertising team in New York. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners - including business, data, and engineering teams - to help design, analyze, and optimize innovative advertising solutions that empower global brands to tell their stories effectively. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Support marketing and analytics initiatives by organizing performance data, building dashboards, and translating insights into clear visual formats. - Assist in constructing datasets, monitoring campaign activity, and maintaining routine reporting workflows. - Contribute to campaign setup reviews, performance tracking, and measurement-related tasks across assigned advertiser categories. - Help prepare client-facing deliverables and internal documentation, including reports, learning materials, and training support. - Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and contribute to project tracking to ensure smooth operational execution
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and an interest in learning additional data tools such as Tableau or SQL. - Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and marketing fundamentals. - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, supporting project workflows, and responding to operational questions. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about digital marketing, measurement & advanced tech exploration, and campaign performance optimization. Preferred Qualifications: - Interest in AI tools or coding applications is a plus. - Able to intern for 6 months or longer; candidates available to work 4 days a week onsite in our New York office are preferred.
