About the Team: The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. We are looking for a resource planning & analytics associate for our newly formed team. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive E-commerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in user growth, including goal/budget setting and performance review. - Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of user growth, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute user growth Strategy

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Preferred Qualifications: - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. - Experience in the E-commerce industry, preferably within resource management area
