The Associate Relations Intern will gain a better understanding of the Associate Relations function within the organization (i.e. Associate engagement). The intern will develop/enhance project management skills, receive an introduction to the knowledge, skills and abilities required in a Human Resources role, and gain real life experience and exposure into the BMW culture and the manufacturing industry.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

* Support Associate Relations processes (Associate morale and engagement sensing, performance management process, guidelines and policies).

* Support Associate appeal and termination process.

* Support multiple HR projects.

* Create Associate Relations dashboards.

* Process improvement activities.

* Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.

* Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

* Effective communication skills.

* Time management skills.

* Organizational skills.

* Advanced PowerPoint skills.

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).

* Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.

* Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.

* Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).

* Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.

* MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.

* Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

* THE WORK TERM DATES ARE January 11th, 2027 - May 14th, 2027.
