Team Introduction: TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Support Senior Product Managers in defining product roadmaps and drafting detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories for new growth initiatives - Conduct in-depth competitor analysis, customer interviews & surveys, and industry research to identify gaps and opportunities in the SMB landscape. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to understand user pain points - Work closely with UX/UI Designers to visualize user journeys, and partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure feasible and high-quality product delivery - Assist in defining success metrics and setting up A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and user acquisition. Monitor post-launch performance and report on key insights - Help manage the product backlog and track development progress to ensure timely execution of features
Profil requis du candidat:
Minimum Qualifications: - Actively enrolled university student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders (engineers, designers, etc.) - A self-starter with a strong track record of critical thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable steps - Deeply interested in TikTok, TikTok Ads, and helping small businesses grow Preferred Qualifications: - Able to intern for 4 months or longer - Able to be onsite 5 days a week - Previous internship experience in Product Management, Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related technical role is highly preferred For TikTok By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy
