Job Description

You are joining the Ostrum Asset Management Legal team, which is looking for a Financial Law Assistant, for a 6-month internship from January/February 2025.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in French and English (management mandates, management delegation agreements, service provision contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.);
* Contribution to the establishment and monitoring of standard contractual documentation;
* Daily support to the legal team in case management;
* Proactive monitoring of legal and regulatory developments (AMF, AIFM, UCITS, MIFID, SFDR etc.) and drafting of legal notes;
* Participation in the deployment and supply of the digital solution for contract archiving;
* Participation in the development and updating of internal procedures related to the activity of the Legal Department.
