We are currently seeking an OMS Specialist to join, inside Kering Technology department, ST&I team under OMS Tech Lead Supervision.

You will integrate a team composed with both IT technical-functional project manager and IT technical project manager

Your opportunity

You will contribute to the e-commerce platform Roadmap and Run activities at Worlwide level on all topics related to the Manhattan Order Management System (OMS)

How you will contribute

Master both technical and functional aspects of Order Management System (OMS)
Configur the OMS from basics to complex type of configurations using API

Follow-up OMS recurrent releases
Understand business challenges and formalizing technical specifications for solutions that meet the needs of digital teams
Act as the technical point of contact for other systems interfacing with OMS
Collaborating with other teams and our partner Manhattan on the various project phases (Design, Build, Testing, Cut Over, Hypercare)
Ensuring operational maintenance of production activities and the implementation of new functionalities in collaboration with the e-commerce eco-system teams and our partner Manhattan associates.

Who you are

You have an engineering degree or a Master's in Information Systems or IT.

You know how to work in a complex environment with many different people.

You are curious by nature and have a strong interest in new technologies and e-commerce.

You like challenges, solving technical problems and proposing new solutions

You understand and can write functional technical specifications

You're a good teacher and like to pass on your know-how

You're rigorous, autonomous, organized and thoughtful

You're a good listener, know how to challenge yourself and enjoy working as part of a team

You have mastered the art of communication and know how to interact with different types of people.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Knowledge of OMS Manhattan Active OMNI, JSON, kafka, Postman, Kibana, JIRA, Confluence would be a real advantage (nice to have)
