ANINE BING is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Woven Development & Production Intern to join our Paris-based team. You will work alongside our product teams at our Paris headquarters, located just off the Champs-Élysées, and play an active role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:
* Maintain and organize the fabric library, ensuring accurate storage and tracking of materials.
* Process incoming fabric sourcing shipments and manage receipt documentation.
* Request fabric information from suppliers and record material details within the fabric library.
* Create and maintain component sheets in the PLM system.
* Build and manage digital color palettes for seasonal developments.
* Digitize development boards and support the creation of production schedules.
* Take and record garment measurements throughout development stages (P1, P2, SMS, PPS).
* Prepare garments, racks, and meeting spaces for fittings, reviews, and cross-functional meetings.
* Receive and track prototypes, updating internal development tools and records.
* Create and maintain a pattern library.
* Take detailed measurements for tops throughout the development process.
* Coordinate sample receipt and duty payments for tops with cross-functional partners.
* Validate UPCs and barcodes to ensure product information accuracy.
* Create inbound shipments in the ERP system.
* Support the maintenance of tracking reports and development status tables.
* Assist with purchase order updates, including pricing, ETDs, ETAs, and other key production data.
* Manage shipping and receiving activities, including package tracking and distribution.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure adherence to development and production timelines.
* Support inventory organization, including labeling, sorting, and storage of components and parts.

Profil recherché

Who we're looking for:
* A final-year student or recent graduate in a gap year (Business, Fashion, or a related field)
* Proficient in Excel
* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive-able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Adaptable and eager to learn-comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fashion product training with measurement-taking experience - a BTS Mode or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
