Brand Activation Assistant - Stage (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support agency coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with PR, community and production agencies, as well as external partners.
* Media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) list management: Build, update and maintain press and KOL databases.
* Stock management: Oversee product sample inventory, place orders and ensure proper logistics.
* Event support: Assist with the planning and operational execution of regular events, including guest list management and supplier coordination.
* Performance reporting: Compile and track performance reports on PR, KOL engagement and brand activations.
* Trend research: Monitor cultural, fashion and digital trends to inform strategic recommendations.
* Special project support: Ensure smooth logistical coordination across internal and external teams.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree (4th/5th year) in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
* Previous internship experience in PR, KOL marketing, events or brand activation is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
* Fluent in French & English
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Being comfortable with Pack Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Drive
* Passionate about culture, community building, storytelling, and branding.
