Founded in June 2023 by designer Louise Jacqueline, the space is both a retail store and a creative studio where each piece is designed and crafted on-site. Louise Jacqueline is known for her custom-made and limited-edition creations, handmade using textiles from renowned Flemish and French couture houses, embodying a luxurious and high-quality craftsmanship.

Sales & Communication Intern

Paid Part-Time Internship (6 to 11 months)
Atelier Tulipe / Louise Jacqueline
Start date: July 2026
Duration: 4-6 months
Schedule: Part-time (to be defined according to the internship agreement)
Location: Paris 3rd (Le Marais)

About Atelier Tulipe

Atelier Tulipe is a boutique-atelier founded by designer Louise Jacqueline Snoek, offering ready-to-wear and made-to-measure pieces crafted from exceptional textiles sourced from French and Flemish fashion houses.
The space brings together creation, craftsmanship, and a carefully curated selection of brands produced in France or Europe, within a refined and contemporary universe.
As part of its development, a luxury vintage concept is currently being created, which will become an integral part of the boutique's offering.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Relations
* Welcome and advise a demanding, international clientele
* Understand client expectations related to luxury clothing and accessories
* Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standard at all times
* Assist with visual merchandising and window displays
* Support the daily management of the boutique (stock, deliveries, organization)
2. Communication, Brand Image & Vintage Concept Development
* Contribute to Atelier Tulipe's visual and digital communication
* Create content for Instagram, the website, and newsletters
* Actively participate in the development and launch of the luxury vintage concept (selection, storytelling, presentation)
* Assist in the planning and execution of communication campaigns
* Help draft and distribute press releases (features, articles, events)
* Support the organization of events and collection launches

Conditions
* Paid internship, in accordance with French regulations
* Part-time schedule
* Full immersion in an independent, creative structure
* Direct collaboration with the designer

Profil recherché

Profile
* Student in communication, fashion, marketing, or a related field
* Internship agreement required
* Comfortable in a demanding, aesthetic, and client-oriented environment
* Excellent presentation and strong attention to detail
* Fluent English required (French is a plus)
* Autonomous, reliable, patient, and well-organized
* Strong interest in luxury, vintage, craftsmanship, and contemporary creation
Desired Skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and interest in retail sales
* Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Meta Business Suite)
* Strong writing skills in English (French is a plus)
* Basic knowledge of digital tools appreciated: Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, or equivalent
