A Day in the Life
As an Education and Eventing Intern, reporting to the Education Manager, you will be at the heart of our Professional Products Division, helping to bring our educational programs and events to life. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team of educators and brand ambassadors, ensuring our partners receive world-class training and unforgettable experiences.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Event Planning and Execution: You will be involved in organizing professional trainings and events from start to finish. This includes coordinating photographers, stylists, and models, as well as managing catering and providing on-site support to ensure every event runs smoothly.
* Academy Management & Logistics: You will be the go-to person for our Academy's operational needs, from ordering and managing stock inventory to preparing the physical space for trainings. You'll also coordinate the dispatch of product launch materials to our education team.
* Program Support and Monitoring: You will assist in structuring training plans and monitoring weekly education activities by tracking progress and attendance. Your administrative support will be key to keeping our education schedule on track.
* Stakeholder Communication and Financial Administration: You will serve as a key contact for educators, brand ambassadors, and suppliers. Your role will also involve managing the invoicing workflow for all education activities, ensuring a smooth process from purchase orders to payment tracking.

Our ideal candidate:
* University student (must have)
* Available for 25-32h a week, for a minimum of 6 months.
* Fluent Hungarian and English language
* Enjoy seeking new and creative solutions to business problems
* Social media savvy: Understands social media platforms and content creation, with the ability to develop tailored content plans reflecting current trends.
* Highly motivated and open to the international environment
* Highly determined, reliable and open minded
* Approaching challenges with creative solutions & critical thinking, while supporting common values, interests, and goals
* A previous internship in a related field will be considered as a plus!
