is looking for a

GROUP FUELS OPERATOR TRAINEE

We are looking for a motivated and open-minded student to join the Fuels Operations Team.

SCOPE OF THE POSITION-

The scope of the position includes taking active part in the team's life; providing support to Operators in operational execution of business deals representing MOL's interests in all aspects occurring during sales/purchase process; participating in various business matters and in different business areas.

Main Responsibilities And Tasks-

Focus area-

* Participating in a KYC (Know Your Counterparty) project which aims to refresh the current KYCs and includes planning and prioritizing the process, and executing KYCs

Regular operation-related tasks-

* KYC- Conducts KYC (Know Your Counterparty) reports- within a screening procedure before dealmaking, providing necessary input to our Partners, requesting and checking data from them
* Partner registration- Requests the creation of new Vendors via MDM (Master Data Management) and creating new Customers in Salesforce system.
* Contracting- Supports contract handling and contract registration in internal databases.
* Analysis- Prepares analysis and decision-making materials supporting Fuel businesses.
* Data supply- Maintains databases and prepares necessary reports towards internal and external stakeholders.
* Cooperation with stakeholders- Builds and maintains good working relationships and daily communication with the operations team and relevant counterparties.

* Advanced knowledge of MS Office
* Advanced written and verbal English
