In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for finance processes using Python
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support financial analysis and management reporting
* Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Automate repetitive tasks such as data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting workflows
* Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across automated systems and reporting tools
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities through automation enhancements
* Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions to ensure transparency and scalability
* Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams on automation tools and dashboards
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing automation scripts and reporting solutions

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing
* Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
* Understanding of finance processes such as reporting, reconciliation, and closing cycles
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
* Experience in finance transformation or process automation projects
* Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel advanced functions, or other data analytics platforms
* Knowledge of ERP systems and financial data structures
* Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
* Exposure to process improvement methodologies
