Workflow Management builds and optimises moderation business processes, monitoring performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities - Responsible for timely reporting for responsible business line - Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team - Develop a strong MIS framework to allow for smooth functioning of operations - Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management - Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques - Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality - Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. - Advanced proficiency in Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and use complex formulas. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications - Experience creating impactful and meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. - Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
